Misc. Notes
He is a twin (Hugh). In 1898, at 18, his first job is at Simpsons department store. The family lives at 36 Baldwin, which I think is their first, post-Yorkville era residence. The next year, he works at Manchee,Wilson & Adamson & Co. And the next year at Cdn Gen Electric. From 1900 to 1906 he lives at 14 Gerrard. We lose him for the next 7 years which co-incides with his new marriage to Honorah Hickey, until 1914, when he turns up as a"traveller" (salesman) at 1543 Queen Street West at the age of 34. The next year he's at 475 Marion and in 1916 at 124 Roncesvelles, working for Steel Co. Canada. Then we lose him again. He may have died in 1920 as we find a George CLEWS at Mount Pleasant Plot ? Section 16 lot 255.
